On Friday, March 16, 2012, SOE will celebrate EverQuest’s 13th anniversary. Today, we’d like to make a toast to the influential MMORPG. EverQuest may not have been the first MMORPG with 3D graphics, but it was the first great one, paving the way for everything from World of Warcraft to Guild Wars 2. Eighteen expansions later and EverQuest is still going strong with the announced adoption of a F2P business model, opening its doors to a new generation of players and longtime fans waiting for a reason to return to Norrath.

Help us celebrate this milestone by entering for a chance to win this lovely hardcover copy of EverQuest: The 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition and a gorgeous mosaic style poster based on the original game’s box art when it first launched in 1999. Both items will be signed by the EQ team, making them a great piece of loot for any EverQuest fan or collector. Check out the gallery above for some a preview of some of the great art and behind-the-scenes stories you’ll find in the book.

To enter, just leave a comment on this article by 10:00 am (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, March 20. This content is for US residents only. We apologize to our readers from other countries. The lawyers made us do it.
