F2P Dragons Dogma Quest reportedly coming to Vita

Free-to-play Dragon’s Dogma Quest has reportedly been revealed in the latest issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu. According to a Siliconera translation, it’s an online-only 2D RPG set for release on Vita this autumn in Japan. We’ve contacted Capcom for comment on the reports.

Capcom launched the Dragon’s Dogma IP in May 2012 on Xbox 360 and PS3. As of the end of its last financial year on March 31, 2013 the Japanese publisher said the game had exceeded expectations with sales of 1.3 million units. In April, Capcom released Dragon’s Dogma expansion Dark Arisen. It features all of the original game’s content in addition to a new realm, fresh skills, enemies and equipment, plus improved travel and menus.
