4. Actually play GTA IV’s missions
We know what you’re going to do. You’re going to play three missions, get bored, enter all of the cheats and see how many prostitutes you can stack into a pile before an overenthusiastic ambulance driver plows through them. We know vehicular bowling is fun, but it’s not the whole GTA experience.
Avoid the temptation to blow off the entire story. Sure, you might have to suffer through a few unfortunate accents, but you’ll be glad you stuck it out, and when you’re done you can go straight back to crashing dump trucks into each other and making explodey noises.
