Identity Thief has released a new trailer, in which Jason Bateman finds himself going in pursuit of Melissa McCarthy when she clones his identity for her own ill-gotten gains.
When the authorities don't make any inroads in catching his tormentor, Bateman's character takes matters into his own hands, electing to go after McCarthy himself.
Thing is, she's made a few other enemies who aren't so white collar, and before long, the unlikely duo are thrown into a cross-country caper with a gang of gun-packing badasses on their tail.

The gag ratio certainly seems a little hit and miss, but there's no doubting Bateman and McCarthy's respective comedy chops, and seeing anybody take a guitar to the head will always raise the occasional guilty chuckle.
Directed by Seth Gordon and co-starring Jon Favreau, Amanda Peet and Genesis Rodriguez, Identity Thief will open in the UK on 1 March 2013.
