As DC's 'Infinite Frontier' era begins this week, a new swath of comic book titles come to the Netflix-style digital comics streaming service DC Universe Infinite.

The big additions this month are Detective Comics #1027, Challenge of the Super Sons, Hellblazer: Rise and Fall, new chapters of Dark Nights: Death Metal and 'The Joker War,' along with more backlist issues such as Milestone's Static, Hardware, Icon, and Blood Syndicate.

As part of DC Universe Infinite, the publisher has also launched a book club - titled, obviously, DC Book Club. This online reading event takes place on DC Universe Infinite's Community section, with coordinated reading of certain DC titles and a chance to connect with the creators involved with the books.

In addition to comics, this month DC Universe Infinite subscribers are also receiving early access to pre-order the upcoming Zack Snyder Justice League Funko Pop! Four-pack collection.

DC Universe Infinite offers digital editions of its regular comic books six month after their debut, and their digital-first titles even sooner - three months after their release.

DC Universe Infinite currently has over 24,000 comics on its service, and is available in North America on the web, as well as iOS and Android platforms. The service is $7.99 per month, or $74.99 per year (that's over a $20 saving).
