The Alien Isolation Archive logs can help you to fill in a lot of the backstory as you try to sneak around undetected, by accessing the old-school computer terminals dotted all over the ship to read them. Those terminals are also used to control certain systems, so you should already be examining them to figure out what they can do. While there's a huge 151 Archive logs in total to find, you'll often discover several of them lurking on a single terminal, and you actually only need to track down 100 of them in total to unlock the Voices of Sevastopol Achievement or Trophy. Follow our walkthrough guide, and you'll be able to add every log to your collection.

If you're looking for more collectibles, then we have a guide for all of the Alien Isolation ID tags as well.
