Bethesda Softworks, a ZeniMax Media company, announced today that Rogue Warrior is now available at retail stores across Europe for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Games for Windows. Rogue Warrior, a character-driven first-person shooter featuring real-life American Navy Seal Richard "Demo Dick" Marcinko, offers an action-packed single-player campaign as well as intense multiplayer combat.
Xbox360Achievements.org has revealed the achievements for Bethesda's upcoming release, Rogue Warrior. The game has 45 achievements for the usual 1000 points.
Those of you dead-set on picking up Rogue Warrior will be rewarded for your faith. GameStop is currently offering a $10 discount on all versions.

While FiringSquad chatted with Bethesda Softworks' spokesperson Pete Hines today they also decided to get a status update on Rogue Warrior, the long-in-development Unreal Engine 3 tactical shooter that was announced in late October 2006 but since then has fallen under a massive cone of silence. Hines told FiringSquad, "The game is still in development. We'll be talking about where it's at and what's up with it in the coming months."
BethSoft PR head Pete Hines told FiringSquad that Rogue Warrior will not be making an appearence at E3 2007. It was also mentioned that Fallout 3, the post-apocalyptic RPG that's attracting quite a lot of attention lately, will be available at E3. According to Hines, "We aren't talking about RW until we're ready to show what we've been up to." A new release date for the game has yet to be announced.

Bethesda, the developers of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, have unveiled their latest title. Rogue Warrior is an FPS which Bethesda hope will be able to challenge the Ghost Recon series in the counter-terrorism genre. The game will be powered by Unreal Engine 3 and is being developed by Zombie Studios, the team behind Xbox title Shadow Ops: Red Mercury.
