Resident Evil 5 video - now in English

Now we understand what producer Jun Takeuchi is saying

Thank you for adding English subtitles to Famitsu's lengthy video interview with Resident Evil 5 producer Jun Takeuchi, Capcom.

Posted on Capcom's blog, the interview runs for nearly 14 minutes. So if you saw the video previously and wanted to know what Takeuchi was discussing, well, now you can.

For those of us who don't have 14 minutes to blow on a vid that takes a while to load, Takeuchi covers numerous topics connected with the sequel - including the influence of light and dark on Resident Evil 5, the setting, the game system, characters and fighting elements. His words are interspersed with gameplay footage and behind-the-scenes stuff. It's definitely worth a watch when you get the time.

Resident Evil 5 "is shaping up to be something incredible," says Takeuchi. What he doesn't say is a release date - so back to waiting, then.
