Console Monster writes: "With the game releasing as Biohazard 5 in Japan today, the achievements have been unveiled and we have just added the Achievements for Resident Evil 5 on the Xbox 360. The list confirms how many chapters we will be playing through, that the game contains four difficulties and that we'll be collecting the likes of eggs, treasures, emblems and even action figures…

My favourite achievement has to be: "Egg on Your Face" which requires players to "defeat a Majini with a rotten egg." As for the images, I would have liked to see a more casual approach with character faces and zombie heads though they are definitely worth a look. Resident Evil 5 can be bought in stores from next week.

This picture was taken at major Japanese retailer Bic Camera on March 4. Resident Evil 5 does not go on sale on March 4 in Japan, but on March 5.

While street dates are commonly broken in North America or places like Dubai, it much less common in Japan. What is bothering some Japanese gamers about this broken street date is only the Xbox 360 version went on sale early.

Add in the fact that not only the Xbox 360 version went on sale first at Bic Camera, but also the red controller, and some believe that Microsoft was behind this "false start".

XboxInsider Writes: Just like Halo Wars, The highly anticipated Resident Evil 5 has now been leaked online. The game is set to release at retail on Friday the 13th March, so the leak is 10 days early, bad news for Capcom. The US release (Which is region free) was leaked by the group "KFC", and again weighs in at about 7gb. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, Developers/Publishers and Reviewers need to have tighter security when it comes to these games gettting leaked.
