How to Beat the Last Boss (the Nexus)
The Nexus is a big brain looking thing. The gun you should use is the dark matter gun. Above the Nexus is four balls. Shoot all the balls to bring down the sheild. when its down shoot the Nexus. the sheild will come back so keep on doing this and eventually you will beat him. Good Luck.

Easy Boss Victories
This is a hint not a cheat. When fighting giant boss with rocket pack on his back, equip your lightning gun (you should have one by now). When he takes off unload lightning gun on him this softens up his defence, when lightning gun is out of charge, equip your nail gun. Use the nail guns lock on target upgrade (you should also have this by now), aim for the boss's head and hold lock on and go nuts with nails. I have found after a few attempts at the boss that this combo of weapons works best. The rocket launcher ironically enough doesnt seem to do much damage and the dark matter projectile moves too slow and the boss easily dodges it. if you should run out of nails mid fight use the hyper-blaster. REMEMBER!!! keep moving during all of this if you stop even for an instant he will beat you.
