360 - Lost: Via Domus - Lost has been found - First solid details on the TV hit turned videogame One of television's most popular (and cryptic) shows is about to become a videogame. Lost returns for a fourth season at the end of January and Lost: The Videogame hits shelves a month later on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. Ubisoft, tasked with turning the well-known property into interactive entertainment, has been as secretive about the game as the show's creators are about the hit drama. But on the newly released Lost Season 3 DVD box set, there is a four-minute preview of the upcoming game. While the preview offers no video or screenshots (just concept art), it does reveal some new details.

360 News from N4G | Lost: Via Domus
360 - Lost: Via Domus - Lost gameplay details found While Lost continues to be a major television hit, very little of its video game incarnation has been revealed. The first trailer was shown at Comic-Con 2007, giving a glimpse of what gamers can expect from the gamplay.

UK magazine Xbox World 360 has now revealed further details about Lost: The Video Game, based on interviews with three of the game's development team. Lost is built using a version of the GRAW 2 engine, which has been modified in order to deal with the "organic" environments of the island. While primarily a third-person adventure game, there will be a first-person view in order to enable the player to search for clues.

Sept 11 2007 Yes, despite his alarming similarity to Lost's burly surgeon, Jack - cropped hair, khaki shirt, linebacker shoulders - the leading man in Ubisoft's Lost Videogame is a newbie. He's a fresh character for the game, an American called Elliot. Any more info, we hear you ask... Well, in true videogame cliche style, Elliot has the misfortune to be afflicted with amnesia. However, given the flashback-heavy format of the show, we're hoping your slowly returning memory will provide some ... » Read More

Lost the videogame will cast you as "a survivor" of Oceanic Flight 815, awash on the mysterious island, with a simple goal: "Confront your dark past, seek your redemption, and ultimately find a way home." We've seen the first gameplay footage and you can get it yourself right here tonight at midnight (PDT). To us, Lost looks like a third-person explore-'em-up with plenty of running. We were immediately reminded of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune by the lush jungle surroundings. There's no ... » Read More

360 - Lost: Via Domus - First Look At LOST Videogame Coming... Rumors have stirred in both the gaming and television community alike for months now about a LOST videogame. It's not a question about it being a reality; it most certainly exists. It's a matter of not knowing what the game will actually look/feel like, due to the super-tight-lipped producers of the show.

The only people who have actually seen gameplay, aside from developers, are the producers of the hit series. The most anyone else knows is that as of right now it is running off of the Farcry engine.

HOWEVER, at least some speculation will be put to rest on July 26th. This is the date that kicks off the television and film version of E3... otherwise known as Comic-Con. The first preview of the LOST videogame has been promised during the LOST Panel's stage time.

The LOST: Season 4 Panel will be on stage Thursday, July 26th from 5 - 6:30 PDT.

360 News | Lost: Via Domus
Originally announced in a press release back in May 2006 for PC and next-gen consoles, the game tie-in to cult TV show Lost has been mysteriously enigmatic since with not a single screenshot or piece of game information being released. In fact, we'd probably have forgotten about it almost entirely had Ubisoft boss Yves Guillemot not mentioned it was still very much in development to a room full of journalists at a press conference last month. Strange then, that Lost is absent from Ubisoft's ... » Read More
