How about being able to fire one million rounds a minute? Sound stupid? Ly fun? Thought so. While this 36-barrel prototype is hardly likely to be light enough to carry during battle, that doesn't mean games need to pay attention to the rules. Even if we only get ten seconds' worth of ammo, please let us play with this in CoD5. Watch this YouTube video and listen to the sound the bullets make as they get faster. First it's a rattle, then the airwaves phase with the close-proximity of the detonations, before sounding in what may as well be unison as one massive bang. Impressive. Oh, one little safety tip - don't ever walk in front of it. Ever.

lol i liked the comment at the barrett with the racist guy...i for one would love to do just that

also i sa a programme and it had a portable hand held or remote controlled minigun that firesa million rounds a minute and u can alternate the fire..so they fire in rows columns or individually or in patterns as it something like 10x10 rows of barrels gogle it is like a handheld god

To F4LLENSOLDIER; Who doesn't want a sniper that can give a lethal one-shot headshot to a TANK?!?
To key0blade; I know what you mean. I have been killed with an empty shotgun in my hands more often than I have been living (in game of course) with a loaded one.
To s3ct10n8 (can you be any tougher to spell?!); I hope so too, I am really looking forward to this: CoD 4 was great with modern (as in good) weapons and a really deep storyline (EA, I know you aren't always paying attention). After all, if you want me to believe that all natural laws of physics can be broken (Portal), you at least need a good storyline (you are excused).

I dont know if any of you remember the article, but GR did one and it showed robot dogs, and an exo skeleton that a single human operator could move it. I also watched a show in which they showed the armor for the future soldier. It was like crysis armor, it enchanced your physical abilities. Being able to play with one of thos kinds of things in CoD5 would be sick

trouble with 1 million rounds a minute on the Metalstorm system (#7) is that it only holds 500 rounds. You do the math.

Oh and it takes a long time to reload, this wasn't mean to lug into an engagement, rather as replacement for mines.

They should have a XM8, and for online you should be able to put a silencer, scope, and grenade launcher on the gun instead of just one.

To gutlessVADER: The way they could do online modes is only have limited futuristic weapons in competitive multiplayer, but not hold back in either co-op campaign or custom games.
To RyGuy93: If they allowed you to do all that, they might have to focus the whole game on the guns to allow it, unless you were willing to earn the extra attachments like you earn extra custom slots in CoD: WaW.
To everyone: Maybe someday we could have full 3D immersive games (that make your whole body actually feel in the game) where we can fight with even better versions of these weapons.
