am I the only one that actually liked X-men destiny and still play it occasionally?
  • Cruddi - July 26, 2014 3:38 a.m.

I thought the watch men game was perfectly fine, Rorschach is not forgettable one of the best comic book characters I have come across, I really loved the character in the film, I agree however that Night owl is forgettable really crappy name and costume.

Spiderman on gameboy was made by Rare.

I actually liked the Gameboy spiderman, I know it wasn't brilliant but was passable.

Somebody call the Angry Video Game Nerd!

Its kind of bad when a Console manufactured Thor game was your generic movie spin off bland of mediocre when the DS game was actually a good game.

--there was a tmnt "the arcade game" (released in 1989 also) --which was --ONE OF THE GREATEST GAMES EVER MADE --i dont know if most people would even remember the first one --because the TMNT2 --was --EVERYWHERE --it was the one that was an exact nes port of the HIGHLY successful arcade

I remember enjoying TMNT back in the day, and even though I definitely beat it once, I usually gave up about midway through the third level. The instant death traps and powerful enemies were bad enough, but the lack of any way to save your progress puts this one in the same unbeatable category as Blaster Master. At least Konami redeemed themselves with The Arcade Game. That one was, and is, awesome.

X-men Destiny it had such promise and now look at it >.<
  • needles - July 17, 2012 3:13 p.m.

I seem to remember TMNT not being so bad. Maybe I was just a dumb fuck kid that didn't know any better.
  • carrotsauce33 - July 13, 2012 9:38 p.m.

I liked Rise of the Imperfects except for one thing. You had to kill one super hero after every three levels! The Imperfects just seemed so evil to me and making me kill super heroes made me hate myself. Plus the ending just....sucked. I would always get the super-gruesome wolverine kill on the vanishing imperfect lady because I always lost to her in the story. But in arcade mode......there was hell to pay.

Oh, I remember some of these. Take of the nostalgia goggles people. ALL of these were fucking terrible. Awsome list, GR.
  • space_cakes - July 12, 2012 11:18 a.m.

Nostalgia aside, TMNT was pretty awful.
  • KA87 - July 12, 2012 7:22 a.m.

Why did you have to bring back those painful repressed childhood memories of playing Superman on the N64? That game has the ability to mess up for life.
  • slimjim441 - July 12, 2012 1:27 a.m.

I definitely would have put Iron Man above several on this list. That game was so awful it made me cry inside.
  • will-goble - July 11, 2012 11:52 p.m.

I loved Rise of the Imperfects...
  • Endorphinated25x - July 23, 2014 2:52 p.m.

Samezies. My cousins and I always played vs mode against each other.
  • alexandre-bret - July 11, 2012 9:26 p.m.

Turtles wasnt that bad. The water stage wasnt that hard didn't take me that many tries as a kid to pass it. The 4th stage is whats brutally hard and by the time I get to the Technodrome Im wasted early. Raphaels sai comes in handy in the later stages and is the second most powerful weapon in the game
  • Ashkaari - July 11, 2012 7:56 p.m.

Really? TMNT? That is by far one of the best games to exist on the NES, trust me I wasted hours of my childhood playing it and eventually beating it. Your reason for putting it here is its difficulty, and the flaws that existed with EVERY NES title. Including the original Legend of Zelda. That's a bunch of bias bullshit.
  • zombi3grim - July 13, 2012 5:47 p.m.

I think your thinking of a different TMNT game...
