You've already read plenty about Halo and Call of Duty. Mass Effect and Red Dead. Mario and Ezio. You already know they're good, you already know they're successful, and chances are, you've already played them to death.
So as 2010 draws to a close, why not try something a little less known… and a lot more surprising. Like our Top 7 overlooked games of 2010:
Wh-what's this? A video? But where's the Top 7?
That's right. After four years and over 200 weekly countdowns, we're taking a big step into the future with our very first attempt at an all-video Top 7. No reading necessary!
So hit the play button above and let us know what you think in the comments below. How do you like the format? The length? The very idea of a video Top 7? Want to see more of these in 2011, or do you prefer the text-and-screen versions? (Don't worry, traditionalists – we're definitely not done writing those.) And hey, what about the countdown itself? Agree or disagree with our choices for the most overlooked games of the year?
Thanks for watching, and for your feedback.
