IMO, I'm still waiting. While I love my PS3 and many of it's games, I'm still on the fence about the PS4. Though I suppose that's from being spurned by the PS3 initial release. Here's hoping things turn out WAY better than before. (Be less that $500 please!)

Sigh
Maybe I've just become a cynical old man but i feel the PS4 and the games shown are uninteresting and underwhelming. I feel there is no place me in the modern gaming world and that the types of games i enjoy are not being made, and if they are made they are few and far between and get looked down upon as shallow and old school.
Oh well. At least the indie scene who grew up playing the same types of games i did are making something worth while whenever they can get their heads out of their asses and stop make physics based puzzle crap.

History...if consoles began with the nes. What about the 2600 and all its' iterations? Even the intellivision had a few. I think the only console that never really went through a major redesign was colecovision.

One has to assume that there is a clause in the contract that states that he can't be in a competing company's advertisements. Technically, he wasn't in a Nintendo ad, but he's in an ad with a Nintendo product being used as an incentive. We don't know the details of the "Kevin Butler" contract, but I don't blame Sony for the suit.

My view on this is simple, Bethesda has always taken extra money from Microsoft to delay the PS version of its games, so as far a DLC from them goes. They can keep it.
If the game looks like a game I will play, I'll buy it but no DLC.
If everyone one would do that maybe they would get their asses in gear and put out a product that everyone can enjoy.

I'm not a complete tech hound, but I have a hard time understanding why Bethesda is having this trouble with the Ps3, considering I read an article in Game Informer about the development of the '360's chipset.. Basically the guys looked at their masterpiece, the Cell processor and then improved upon it in a number of ways. Fix this little issue here, add a little more juice in this area, loosen up that little bottleneck there, etc.. Despite whatever tweaks WERE made, the tech was less than 1 year newer than the mighty PS3 processor; not exactly a quantum leap. Besides, I had the PS3 GOTY edition of Oblivion at one point, and ran into ZERO problems.. (Until I realized that they weren't going to bother with the wonderful hideouts and legendary horse armor DLC that the Pc/360 versions got.
(partial sarcasm, aimed at horse armor of course.) Oh, well. Time will tell. Stuff Happens. I recommend un-bunching your panties a little bit and reminding yourselves that the Bethesdians are HUMAN, just like the players.

Give us a way to convert our save games and I have wouldn't care if I need to get the PC or Xbox version. But I spent way too many hours playing this game to not get the complete experience. If this doesn't come out or there isn't a alternative I'm never going to spend time with any Bethesda games again. I wouldn't be able to trust them.

Your article is bad and you should feel bad. This is one of the worst things I've ever read, it feels like a cross between Korean tech support and a spam-bot.

I like the idea of this article, nice little recap and more in depth than a review can be for someone on the fence about buying it. The little mistakes in terminology was really bothersome and distracting.
Alright. If you're going to use terminology, use the correct terms. They're not footballers or catchers. Players and receivers, and [...]
