I've actually NEVER played SMB3, so I believe I should as soon as possible, especially since it's such a good game. Why do I get this feeling that older commercials have a bit more charm than modern commercials?

I was 5 months old when this game came out, yet i remember playing this a zillion times throughout my life. memorized every secret, every extra life, i just love shocking my friends with the secret black and white toad houses lol... Best game ever made, in my opinion. If only Nintendo could come out with another game this good, that 20 yr.'s later people still love. Good work Nintendo on such a perfect game, and good work Gamesradar on such a perfect article. reCAPTCHA : pill said (pill said what??) lol

My wife and I just had a daughter 2 months ago and I got my mom to make a Tanooki Suit outfit for her. http://i780.photobucket.com/albums/yy83/hooligansforlife/SANY0490-1.jpg Mario 3 gives me a warm feeling!

This is one of the last games my mom and I ever played together when I was a kid. (She's still alive, so nobody shed a tear. Momma just decided games were for kids only after that.)

Perfect example of simple, classic perfection. Still love it, always will.

'robotechandnarutosucks - 1 hour 19 minutes ago  This game sucks. It's too hard, the graphics suck, the music sucks, and it's meant for four year olds.' Sounds like it would be perfect for you. re: blockade her WTF?!?

Wow, I forgot that I used to have the hopping mario happy meal toy as a child! This is classic nostalgia boner material.

I want to say this makes me nostalgic, only i wasn't around 20 years ago. I did play the remake of it though, and it was fun. Except i sucked at the game. Eh

OMGOW!!! mario 3 is the best game ever made. dont what anybody else thinks because what other game can you actually remember doing every thing and memorizing every move and each and every strategy and yet you still have fun playing it even though you beat it about a million times

I always wondered what about a raccoon tail would make Mario fly? Raccoons don't fly. I remember FREAKING OUT when I first saw Mario kick a koopa shell and having it ricochet off of a bunch of blocks.

ahh the racoon suit... that thing better make it into galaxy 2

It's hard to believe that it's been 20 years, and also hard to believe it's only been 20 years.

Thanks, Hank. Really brought back memories. I guess I'm gonna go search for my GBA copy when I have time.
