    No, really, no hate here. The game looks great and I'm personally looking forward to it more than Sonic 4. It's just an observation :) Oh, but I maintain you could dash in Sonic Adventure, by repeatedly pressing B. Once to roll, once to stand up... til you were a blur.

    ive got the best wisp. 2D wisp: turns the game into 2D and unlocks sonic 4 on the disc

    it certainly sounds like your hating. i think the point of these is to give you these power ups at anytime, as opposed to certain areas. and he couldn't boost in sonic adventure, that was unleashed.

    I agree that they're familiar, but perhaps this could be a better implementation of them, such as allowing a smoother transition from running at lightning-speed through a level to dodging and fighting enemies on a vertical surface.
