Eddie Riggs' awesome magic guitar, from Brutal Legend. Who needs a pyrotechnics specialist when your guitar does the job for you?

My weapon of choice will be the Amethyst stone from Steven Universe because an energy whip is badass and Steven Universe is a fantastic show everybody should watch...now

I'm going to pick Johnson from Shadows of the Damned. How often do you get a reliable weapon which can turn into other weapons, talks in a charming British accent, and is also a dick pun? Not often my friends, not often.

I would love the black hole gun from ratchet and clank, it can fix any problem. Messy house, stuck in traffic, or noises movie theater(dealt with that last night seeing Thor 2). Their is no problem a good old fashion black hole can't fix. Thanks guys, Chris

QOTW: Interesting twist you guys put on the question this week. It has to be a weapon we would want IRL. Thus the laws of everyday society must be upheld when in ownership of said weapon. This rules out most firearms/swords because they would be quickly taken away by law enforcement if you brought them out in public. This leaves us with just ONE obvious choice. The fully upgraded shovel from Viva Pinata. This shovel makes you the ultimate gardener and comes in handy in many ways. Not only will I be able to create lakes out of nowhere, cut down trees and find buried coins wherever I go; it will also help me keep Dastardos away from my Pinatas. Thus the Shovel is the obvious choice.

I'd love the dagger of time, it could let me erase a lot of awkward silence caused by me trying to think up witty responses.

I'm going to have to say the shark launching gun from Armed and Dangerous! Stuck in traffic, launch and shark and move all those slow drivers out of the way! Slow customer checking out? Get him out of there with a shark! Need to travel to an island? Use a boat! If you don't have one, take a ride on a shark from your shark launcher!

Even when i was a young boy i really wanted an arwing from StarFox. The main reason i wanted it was so i could fly it through the burger king drive thru, and then everyone would think i was kooool!

a portal gun, assuming that it works on every surface, not only the ones that have lunar paint on them

The Poke'ball. No one really knows how the freak it works so I'll say that I can use it as storage so I can just carry a ton of shit around with me everywhere I go. I could carry a ton of shiz with me.

QotW Of all the weapons in games I can think of I can think of no weapon more reliable than Samus's arm cannon. No other weapon besides Megaman's mega buster, or the republic commando's multifunctional assault weapon is so versatile and elegant. From control in the chilling Ice beam and face melting Plasma beam to harnessing the ammo required Iight and Dark beams... and all without realoading or looting enemies(except for missiles). Only problem is not being in a situation where I lose all but the always reliable Power beam. Chozo blood infusion included in package. (no ill effects)

QotW: I'm going to actually stick with Adventure Time and choose Finn's Golden Sword, Scarlet. But I want it the way it is in the last episode before he loses it. When it get's turned into a 4th Dimensional sword and he uses it to destroy a Black Hole. A sword that can kill a black hole is cooler than a sword made of demon blood. Sorry Joshua.

The death note I can make the world a better place with it and also rid of those who annoy me.

I'm gonna pull a from Avatar: The Last Airbender for a weapon I'd love to have. I want Sokka's trusty boomerang. As the only member of the group who can't bend, his boomerang has never let him down and it always comes back!

    A Gunblade from Final Fantasy 8..It's a gun,it's a blade,it's a win win!
  • TokenGamesRadarFurry - November 9, 2013 5:25 p.m.

Portal Guns? Key blades? Light sabres? Cool choices, but think about how quickly people/secret societies/aliens would be on your ass to get these weapons. Hard to hide, am I right? That's why, given the chance, I would take the 'prod' move from the Worms games. Imagine; fanboy-Cooper is regaling you with how a cube is a far superior shape compared to a rectangle. Being in San Fransisco Bay area, there is a minimum 83% chance that he is standing within a few feet of a large body of water. Whipping out your index finger, you give fanboy-Cooper a soft prod, which pushes him back a couple feet. He tumbles into the water, killing him instantly. Best of all, as the smoking gun was one of your digits, you'll never be fingered (badump tish) for the crime.

I want a dubstep gun from Saints Row IV. Think of how much fun it would be to walk into some crowded place full of men, women, and children and fire explosive wubs harmlessly into the air while forcing the people around you to dance dance dance uncontrollably. And think of the cars bouncing on two wheels as they drive by. And I'm sure everyone around would appreciate being magically granted the ability to dance, because let's face it, most people can't.

This is a tough one, with all the Zelda items, but if I had to pick one, it would probably be the hookshot. Just think about it, I can basically be Spider-Man. The hookshot is not only used as a mode of transportation, but also defense. Just think about a speeding spear head attached by a chain heading towards you. The hookshot just seems so versatile outside of Zelda games.

Hand's down the best weapon to have IRL from a video game would be the Ultima Weapon Keyblade from KH 2, for several reasons. First, just the fact that you actually have you is incredible because it is not everyone has, even in the KH universe, you have to be chosen to be able to wield it. Second, the Ultima Weapon Keyblade itself is one of the hardest weapons to get in the game, you have to collect a billion different things from a billion different places, and in fact it is so hard that one of the "ingredients" involved in making it is so rare that there are only 7 of them in the whole game, and the blade requires 4, so yea, once you do craft it, you feel super accomplished. Third, as other people mentioned, a no brainier, its a MASTER KEY, you can literally open any door, AND the awesome thing about it is that unlike other keys, it can be called to spontaneously materialize in your hand, so there is no worry of ever losing it. And finally, although many other people answered the keyblade, which is the correct answer, they forgot to mention something, it basically makes you in immortal. All Keyblade Masters have the ability to open the door to their soul with the keyblade and transfer it to another person, just like Master Xehanort did. An ability that can be repeated an infinite number of times, so once your vessel gets old, you can just repeat the process and start all over again with a new vessel. And plus the Ultima Weapons is pretty badass looking to begin with, so there is that.
