RadarPlays - Metro 2033

Metro: Last Light is coming soon, giving gamers another excuse to delve into the dark, depressing subway system of a post-apocalyptic Russia. But before we go back, we wanted to revisit the original, just to see how this moody shooter holds up. Take a look, and be warned: we freak out very easily, and this game can be sort of scary sometimes.

Want to hang out with GamesRadar's editors while taking a look at retro games, new releases, and totally random experiences? RadarPlays is for you. Mondays we'll be checking out blasts from the past on RadarPlays Retro, Wednesdays we change things up to whatever we feel like playing with RadarPlays Shuffle, and Friday is packed with the strangest titles you’ve never (hopefully) heard of in RadarPlays Freaky. We'll also release RadarPlays for all the new releases, so be sure to check back!

Can the rest of please pipe down so I can hear Ryan give info about the game? dark ones = racist. seriously? that's a joke? People check out IGNs play vid its less 'omg I'm being recorded right now' Game looks great, def pick the first up if you can its cheap as chips now. Book is good too, free digital copy if you get last light on steam apparently.

It's a really solid game with an interesting story. It missed the mark on some basic gameplay mechanics like stealth but even those issues don't hurt the game too badly
