    cough* fanboy cough* they obviously couldn't "dumb it down" because the Xbox is obsolete, meaning they're not making games for it anymore. thats like saying "Damn you Nintendo, why couldn't you make Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii, you cheap bastards!" cyberfreek, you did get one thing right. Bungie and Microsoft ARE, or should i say, WERE teaming up. teaming up to make a game EXCLUSIVE to a Microsoft console, thus it only being on a 360 feel free to say something else stupid cuz i had fun just now :D XD

    oh and on top of my last comment... the people who made spore dummed down the graphics... FOR A DS!!!! i know it could be done... and the new starwars the force game is on ps3, ps2, and psp. see any greed with sony? no. just microsoft are the greedy ones. oh and nintendo too.

    I think it's a great game. The acheivments are too easy to get though, and the campaign is incredibly easy, it's like vomit inducingly easy, but it's still a great game for multiplayer.

    okay, i got this game from these sorta reviews, and when i got halo, i was dissapointed =/. i thought it would be like one of my ALLTIME favorites TS2 as alot of my mates on xbox compared it to a little but its nothing like it. it seems that its not all that people and reviews say it to be. Yeah, its a good game, but its not AMAZING as people make it out to be =/. but thats just my point of view

    Okay, Dark_Lord, I respect your opinion. I even agree with you on some points. Halo 3 may have been a letdown for some, but as you can undoubtedly see, there are many people who got everything they expected and more. You make several valid points on what you say. Gears and Call of Duty are both excellent. Maybe you like them better. I find Gears to be fantastic. All three of them are worth buying. It sounds like you took the time to make a decent argument. I applaud you for that Dark_Lord. If anyone agrees with anything I've said, send me a message. Mythos out, and Power to the Gamers.

    I was going to get H3 tomorrow, but then I read all you peoples' comments about how much it "phails" and how much better COD4 and GOW2 are. Now.... I'm still gonna get it, and I'm gonna love it, and I'm gonna relish in the greatness of the online play, and you are going to go back to your dark lil hole and flame on more comment boards on more game sites.     First of all, i say up yours to everyone badmouthijng halo 3 because if i had a choice i'd give it 12 out of 10. and for everyone iwth a PS3, i highly doubt that half of you ever played an xbox360 and if you have a PS3 how could you play halo then? if you play it once on the hardest difficulty and die all the time doesn't mean it sucks, it means YOU suck and should lower the difficulty. you can't play a game once or twice and say it sucks. and. . . to cyberfreak, why would you spend over $500+ to hit it with a sledgehammer? you could play halo 3 then dipshit

Ide like to say that i bought this game the other day and ive finnished it on normal and heroic and have found all the skulls and the terminals. Halo 3 is one of the best games eva!!!!! the graphics are fantasic an the single player is even better then halo 2s! and the multiplayer is fantastic thow i wish bungie had left in the spectre for the elites and made a new type of tank for the brutes. all in all it deserves its 10 ratting!!!!! Top game.

    Cyberfreak, calm down before you lose whats left of your brain cells. Seriously Gaylo 3 got a 10/10? It deserves a 7/10 at the most (and im being nice too). This game f**king sucks. Games like COD4 and Fable 2 kick this games ass. In fact, i'd go as far as to say Halo 3 is Call of Duty 4's bitch.
