The online explosion of fan films distribution in recent years has been both a blessing and a curse. There are some Hollywood-shaming works of wonder around, but we've also been blighted with absolute horrors too. Thankfully, Half-Life film Enter the Freeman could not be any further into the former category. Point your eyes at it.
It's a damn good job, particularly for a two night, $3000 shoot. The director's YouTube channel has a bunch of extra content, including behind the scenes vids and a version of the film with commentary, so check that lot out too.
