Many were enticed to buy the first Crackdown on the promise of access to the Halo 3 multiplayer beta, and were pleasantly surprised to find a highly entertaining, eminently playable game already on the disc. Now the second installment is nearly ready to ship, with several improvements to the Crackdown experience including 4 player co-op, competitive multiplayer, new vehicles and weapons… and more crazy ass achievements to keep you whiling away the hours. Last week, Charlie Barratt and I had a chance to play it for ourselves and chat with the game’s Creative Director Billy Thompson about the new features. Hit play for the interview, which is intercut with exclusive gameplay footage!
