I'm disappointed in the score. Sure it's super repetitive, but I gotta go out on a limb and say the way it's presented is epically brilliant.

I got this but I'm only on the Nonac section. So far I've enjoyed it. I enjoyed the demo enough to buy it. I own all the Twisted Pixel games and they all have tried different things to varying degrees of success. My favorite part of this game is the 4th wall breaking moments which I find amusing but so far I can't argue with any particular points in this review and I can understand where the reviewer is coming from.

I know what you mean.. I tried the demo, wanted to find it great, but for these same reasons it did not win me over. Such a shame too :(

As a comic fan I was really looking forward to this game, but once I saw some gameplay videos and saw how mind numbingly repetitive the combat looked, my enthusiasm quickly plummeted. Real shame.

    Captain name ever.
