All you have to do is destroy one of the red guards. USUALLY it will drop a mini gun. Pick it up and keep firing at the remaining one. Shooting at them disrupts them and keeps them from firing. The mini gun fires so fast it cant retaliate and therefore is defenseless.

Killing spree
In the beginning of the game in regular old max security they won't kill you if you break the rules. If someone makes you mad you can just pop them in the face. You can bloody them up a bit before the guards shock you. (you cant stop them from shocking you) As long as you didn't have contraband on you (like a shiv) you won't lose anything. Happy Hunting!!

Beat Heavy Guard
This is how you beat the heavy guard. When you walk into the room take out any gun. The shotgun is the best one to use against it. He will start shooting at you as soon as you walk into the room so take cover behind one of the columns. If you look up you will see bombs moving across the room on a rail. Try to get him to go under the middle one. If you don't want to do that, just start shooting at the bombs as soon as they appear above him. Don't waste your bullets on the heavy guard. When you drop enough bombs on him he will start to smoke. When he is done smoking he will disappear and you beat him.

Beat Abbot 2nd Time
First of you will not have a gun. Plus I think this only works if you did the street fights. Make sure you have a shiv because it will be hard without it. As soon as the fight begins, pull out the shiv. Wait till he throws his uppercut with his club, then move in and stab him in the face because it will blind him for a second. After you throw a stab, throw two side to side ones (left to right, left-left, or right-right.) Repeat this to win.
