You still need to adjust for price change since launch to make this meaningful in terms of money. Usually people will buy the cheaper alternative to something. Regardless, this makes me happy because Reggie's full of shit and he's been positively spewing it lately.

Caroline. I just agree... Bryan`s c0mment is something... on saturday I got a top of the range Honda NSX from having made $6585 this last 5 weeks and would you believe, 10 grand last month. it's by-far the most-comfortable work I have ever done. I actually started eight months/ago and almost straight away made myself more than $71... p/h. I use the details on this website_+_+_+ BIT40.COM _+_+_+

Caroline? Bryan? Who the fuck are these people? I didn't see people talking about Honda NSXs, let alone a Caroline or Bryan discussing cars. Seriously, what's happening here?

The black Friday deals on the 360 were good, but I personally would have just waited a year until the 720 came out and got a 360 for around a $100 went the start liquidating them.

The Xbox sold 325,000 units (adjusted for its launch price). The Wii U sold 400,000 units (also adjusted for its launch price). This is how you do a meaningful comparison. Of *course* a console will sell more if it is cheaper, so the adjustment (399.00 down to 199.00) must be made to make the data meaningful. This is called normalization.

If you really thought it was for little kids you wouldn't bother to devalue it. How often does an adult bother to pop a child's balloon? And if they did, wouldn't they be a total jerk?

You can't reason with a troll; this is how he gets his kicks. I've grown to look forward to each new comment. He's very committed.

You're right - but I get satisfaction when they can't think of a reply.

It doesn't surprise me; this is a great time to buy a 360. It has been out long enough to have an amazing library of games, and of course the prices have come down a lot too. Same thing goes for the PS3. Now is the worst time to buy a Wii because if you have gotten used to HD resolution at all during the past 6 years then the SD resolution will be a constant distraction and annoyance (at least it was for me). I am a lifelong Nintendo fan but god they missed the boat on that one no doubt about it.

Neither console would be as good if their competitors didn't compete with them and try to better them, so for example the xbox 360 wouldn't be nearly as good if the PS3 wasn't there to compete with it, so we should be thankful that there are other consoles on the market and not have pathetic arguments over which is better

Sometimes I think GR posts these knowing full well what will (probably) happen in the comments.

What does the fact the Reggie said the 400,000 units sold accounts for the amount shipped have to do with anything wouldn't you expect to ship as many units as you sell?
  • brickman409 - November 27, 2012 8:22 p.m.

he's saying that just to point out that no Wii-u went unsold, They shipped 400,000 and sold 400,000, they couldn't possibly sell more unless they make more. Which shows that demand is outpacing supply. There are more people wanting to buy a Wii-u than there are Wii-us in existence
