Patrice Desilets officially back with Ubisoft

Patrice Desilets is back. The Assassin's Creed I and II creative designer defected to THQ Montreal in 2011, but is officially working with Ubisoft once more, Polygon reports.

"We are very pleased to welcome Patrice to Ubisoft again and anticipate that this renewed partnership will produce new ideas and high-quality titles for Ubisoft's customers," a spokesperson told Polygon.

Just when he thought he was out, they pull him back in, even though a Ubisoft lawsuit against his employment at THQ failed... Wait, is Ubisoft the French mafia?

Don't answer that question.

Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and was formerly a staff writer at GamesRadar.
