A new trailer has arrived online for Disney's Cinderella update, starring Lily James as the downtrodden heroine who finds her life turned on its head by Helena Bonham Carter's Fairy Godmother.
The new trailer focuses on the burgeoning romance between Cinders and Richard Madden's dashing prince, which all starts with a debate over the ethics of hunting…
Happily, Cinderella's principled stance has quite the effect on the young regent, and the stage is set for love to blossom at the ball. Provided Cinders' wicked stepmother doesn't ruin her chances first, of course.
Take a look at the new trailer, below…
We've said it before, but Kenneth Branagh looks to have brought the classic fairytale to life in show-stopping fashion, with a visual aesthetic that blends CGI and live-action to eye-popping effect. Striking stuff.
Co-starring Cate Blanchett, Hayley Atwell and Derek Jacobi, Cinderella will open in the US on 13 March 2015, and the UK two weeks later.
