Act 1 - Ashes
Jacinto Maximum Security Prison
COG Tag 1
Right at the start after choosing between combat or training, walk forward in the next room and grab the first tag from under the red emblem.
COG Tag 2
When you enter the next large room with enemies, check under a staircase with the red emblem to the side.
COG Tag 3
After the door is cut open and you get outside, quickly head left up the stairs to the red emblem then turn left to grab the tag. Don't hang around here or the section will automatically end before you can pick it up!
Trial By Fire
COG Tag 4
After heading up the stairs at the start of this chapter, look to the far left of the next area with enemies to spot the red emblem, then check behind the nearby wall for your next tag.
COG Tag 5
Inside the room full of pillars where two emergence holes open, close the second one then look beyond it to find this tag by the far wall.
Fish In A Barrel
COG Tag 6
In the area where four emergence holes open, find the red emblem on the fountain then turn around to your left and look in the corner near some ammo and grenades.
Knock Knock
COG Tag 7
Outside the House of Sovereigns you'll see a white van with the red emblem on it - look to the left of this for the tag.

Hammer
COG Tag 8
In the hallway where Jack has to cut open a door while you fight off waves of enemies, defeat them the head back down the hallway to find this tag next to a display case and bloody footprints.
COG Tag 9
In the area where you find Rojas' body, turn right and you'll see the tag is tucked behind a pillar.
China Shop
COG Tag 10
Turn around at the start of this chapter and go around the corner to the right to find tags on your fallen comrade.
COG Tag 11
When you reach the third and final door you need to bash down with the Beserker, look in the alcove to the left of it for the next tag.
COG Tag 12
Once you break down the last door and get outside, turn left and follow the wall along to find the red emblem, then look behind the nearby block to grab the final tag in this act. Make sure you do this BEFORE taking out the Beserker as the act ends at that point.
