Drive to survive through a post-apocalyptic wasteland in cinematic action racer Anarchy Road
Defend the human race from annihilation by battling giant war machines and racing against the clock
In a world ravaged by nuclear war, the remnants of humanity must use their modified vehicles to battle against a relentless enemy and continue their fight for survival. As seen during the Future Games Show Spring Showcase Powered by HyperX, this racing adventure was released today – so you can now check it out for yourself.
Dubbed as a cinematic action driving game, you'll experience rich environmental storytelling as you race through 25 levels of non-stop chaos while you attempt to reach your next checkpoint in time. Select one of four characters, each of whom has their own unique vehicle, then set out to conquer the world in either single player mode or a couch co-op two player splitscreen campaign.
In order to make it through this ruined landscape you'll need to master the abilities of your vehicle, which include turbo boosts, energy shields, jump thrusters, and a wide range of powerful weapons that can be upgraded during your journey. From land trains to titan-sized robots, there are plenty of enemies to take down along the way, as well as navigating the treacherous obstacles and traps they've laid on your path – do you have the driving skills it takes to survive?
Anarchy Road launched for PC today, so you can buy it on Steam now or play the demo if you want to try out the post-apocalyptic racing for yourself first. An Xbox port is also on the way according to the developers, so follow Bunker Brothers on X for the latest updates.
