Large Safe House, West of Headquarters
Run about 200 meters west from Headquarters and look for a large inhabited safe house near a minor highway overpass. Walk over to the makeshift dining area to find the statue.

Shack, North Creek
Head to the large creek in the far north part of the map. The statue is inside a closet, inside a shack on the west side of the creek.

Boat, North Creek Inlet
Head to the large creek in the far north part of the map, then swim to the northern tip of the creek. Look for a row boat on the east side of the inlet. The statue is inside the boat.
