Harrison Ford talks Indy 5

Harrison Ford’s whip-cracking alter-ego might have taken a critical mauling after his last outing in 2008’s shambolic Kingdom of The Crystal Skull , but it seems you can’t keep a good adventurer down, with plans for a fifth Indiana Jones film apparently gathering pace.

Ford has been talking to the BBC, and has revealed that an idea is in place for the much-rumoured sequel. “Steven (Spielberg) and George (Lucas) and I are sort of agreed on a germ of an idea,” claimed the star. “We’re seeing what comes of it.”

Not that Ford is expecting to dust off his Fedora anytime soon. “The process works like this,” he explained. “We come to some basic agreement and then George goes away for a long time and works on it. Then Steven and I get it in some form, some embryonic form. Then if we like it, we start working with George on it and at some point down the line it’s ready and we do it.”

George is GR's resident movie news person, based out of London. He understands that all men must die, but he'd rather not think about it.
