Microsoft could be working on a new Xbox 360 controller, designed to be more intuitive to use, according to Xbox chief Peter Moore.
Speaking at an EA event Moore stated that Microsoft would be looking at "any way that we can make games easier and more intuitive and that takes the intimidation factor away from what is a pretty complex device now when you look at the controller".
He then went on to make references to Nintendo's Wii and the idea of getting more people into gaming, and mentioned his teenage daughter who, he says, is put off by the complexity of some controllers.
While Moore didn't specify how Microsoft intends to do this he added that "[Microsoft] is not going to force anything that is not going to be intuitive and innovative." Hopefully that rules out another tilt pad then.
