Pop fame: Chemical-loving front man of The Happy Mondays
SF fame: This was Ryder’s only ever acting role for screen, though calling it "acting” is overly generous. He manages to be totally and embarrassingly unconvincing as a henchman despite the fact that:
a) He has less then two minutes of screen time
b) He isn’t required to utter a single line
c) He looks like a henchman.
That’s some feat.
