Say games made you evil and get paid

"A national newspaper wants your story and will pay hundreds of pounds to the right person"

A newspaper is offering cash for your stories on how videogames made you "turn to a life of crime."

A listing on recruitment site StarNow, a hub for actors and musicians looking for jobs, has appeared reading, "a national newspaper wants your story and will pay hundreds of pounds to the right person."

The listing comes in the wake of last week's Byron report, which made newspapers all across the UK, some with questionable headlines such as 'computer games get health warnings.'

All you have to do to get the newspaper's cash is "write a few lines about how computer games turned you to crime and if it's something we like, we'll call you straight back." Easy Money.

We've always said gaming was unfairly targeted in UK newspapers, but offering cash on a actors recruitment site for stories that are blatantly going to be at least slightly fabricated is, frankly, disgusting.

Anyway, we've submitted our application - Viva Pinata did turn us into vandals down the local allotment. We hope to be able to afford our new trainers soon.
