Microsoft cracks down on Gamerscore cheaters

Today Microsoft will be cracking down on Xbox Live's "most serious" cheaters who have tampered with their Gamescore and Achievements - by setting their Gamerscore down to zero. EA's conquest to buy GTA IV publisher Take-Two has stepped up a gear as it extends a tender offer directly to Take-Two shareholders, following the company's rejection of its original offer. Microsoft has confirmed earlier reports that the price of Xbox 360 has been slashed, including an Arcade version that's cheaper than the Wii.
