Today SouthPeak has an update from the upcoming anime-inspired, hack-n-slash adventure X-Blades, which happens to be on-hand at SouthPeak's booth (1349) this weekend at the New York Comic Con
SouthPeak Games today announced its plans for the New York Comic Con show on February 6th-8th, 2009. Located at Booth 1349, SouthPeak will display some of their upcoming 2009 titles with both hands-on demos and producer-led demonstrations, along with special trailers featuring never before seen game footage.
Apparently the Xbox 360 and PS3 X-Blades box art are different? NSFW, even, someone somewhere said. We can't tell, there's got to be something.
PlayTheGamez.com writes, 'New details and screenshots have been released regarding the upcoming action-adventure game which will be released February 10 on Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and on PC in North America.'
X-Blades, with its sultry and scantily clad heroine Ayumi, is on the way to Xbox 360 soon. To give you a better idea of what you're in for, SouthPeak Games has sent out the list of achievements that will be included on the Xbox 360 version of the game. As always, there are a possible 1,000 points up for grabs. For X-Blades, it seems that you might have to work for them. Scroll down to see the list and take a gander at that last one. That's right; to get all 1,000 achievement points you'll have to collect 50,000,000 souls. That ought to take a while.
SouthPeak Games has released some info on the X-Blades Collectors bundle which will be available from the 14th of January 2009. Not only will you get the gun toting sword wielding action game, but some cool goodies as well, including a 22cm hand-painted model.
