360 - Infinite Undiscovery - TGS 2007: Infinite Undiscovery Requires Extra Discs; New Screens In a meeting with Hiroshi Ogawa, Director for Infinite Undiscovery, and Hajime Kojima, Producer for the title, IGN learned for a second time at TGS this year that a game coming to Xbox 360 would require multiple discs. This time around, it's Infinite Undiscovery.

IGN says to get used to the notion of a multiple disc games on Xbox 360. It's looking like you'll be seeing a lot of it in the future.

360 - Infinite Undiscovery - 1up.com: Tri-Ace's Infinite Undiscovery Detailed The recent Microsoft's pre-TGS conference finally showed the first trailer to Infinite Undiscovery, Tri-Ace's upcoming RPG for the Xbox360. In the latest issue of Japanese publication Famitsu, further details were revealed on the title. The main antagonist Capel is known to many as the "Capel, the flute player and healer". The young man's appearance is similar to the legendary hero Sigmunt, and he is mistakenly arrested and jailed by the Sealed Army. The game's heroine is Aya, a member of the Resistance Army, who attempts to rescue Capel without the knowledge that he is not actually the legendary hero.

360 - Infinite Undiscovery - Square Enix details new Xbox 360 RPG Infinite Undiscovery is Developed by tri-Ace, the team responsible for Star Ocean and Valkyrie Profile, Infinite Undiscovery is an all-new RPG developed for the Xbox 360.

No story elements have been announced, instead Square Enix is focusing on the some of the gameplay elements to feature in the game. One such feature is situational battles, which will see players confronted with a variety of dramatic battle scenarios such as executing an escape while a giant ogre follows in hot pursuit, or battling amidst tidal waves. The environments will change and respond in real-time to player commands, thus creating a new experience in the RPG genre.

360 - Infinite Undiscovery - Pre-TGS 2007: Infinite Undiscovery discovered - Tri-Ace and Square Enix share new details Square Enix producer Hajime Kojima and Tri-ace producer Hiroshi Ogawa took the stage to give first details on Infinite Undiscovery, which has been shrouded in secrecy since its announcement last year.

Ogawa spoke first at a high level. "We're developing this game with the key words of Discovery and Impact," he said. "The image is that of 'feeling gameplay' that surrounds the various discoveries you make on the game field. In a world created through AI from the senses of sight, sound and smell, you make a discovery, and an by taking action based on that, you create a result with impact."

360 - Infinite Undiscovery - New Tri-Ace RPG for Xbox 360 undiscovered New information leaping from the obscenely colorful pages of Famitsu reveals a brand new Tri-Ace RPG for the Xbox 360 -- the uncomfortably named Infinite Undiscovery. Widely known for the in-your-face epics, Star Ocean and Valkyrie Profile, the Japanese developer has released little information regarding the fantasy title thus far, with GAF mentioning real-time battles and support for online play. While the game is unlikely to have any relation to last year's smash hit, Everlingering Nonemergence*, it is very much an important coup in Microsoft's continuing battle against apathy in Japan.
