As the release date for Gears of War gets closer, more and more promotional items are being distributed for the game. The latest in these promotional materials has been appearing on Ebay and what better way to show your fandom for Gears of War then wearing a dog tag for the game?

In a developer call earlier today, Matthew Seymour, Executive Producer of Don King Presents Prizefighter took a little rip at EA Sports and their upcoming arcade-style boxing game, FaceBreaker. When asked about his feelings on the competition, Seymour had this to say:
Don King Presents: Prizefighter is a documentary-style boxing game, featuring a documentary-style narrative career mode, training, and will require you to also manage personal relationships outside of the ring.
TeamXbox reports that 2K Sports announced today the artists featured in the soundtrack and ring walk music for the highly anticipated boxing video game, Don King Presents: Prizefighter. To accurately capture different eras of boxing atmosphere, Venom Games compiled more than 70 songs to complement the game, from rock to rap to metal to soul and funk.
Ripten writes: Among the deluge of press releases we receive daily, it's nice to see a little bit of effort exerted for once. This "letter" from Don King, declaring that "language can't describe the sheer magnitude of magnificence" of his new game, seems to be representative of the hype we can expect to see more of for Prizefighter, which King considers "the best anything ever".
Don King Presents: Prizefighter is sure to have enough fantabulous spectaculosity in it considering the game's namesake, but today things got a bit funkier as Bootsy Collins revealed that he produced an original theme song for the upcoming boxing title.
2K Sports today announced it has partnered with the king of boxing promotion Don King, to launch the brand new site, HypeKingdom.com in support of the highly anticipated boxing video game, Don King Presents: Prizefighter. Fans can now enroll in the University of Hype to learn the art of larger-than-life self-promotion, while getting new insight into the man behind the mania.
