Retire
Want to get value for your retired players meaning draft picks or way younger players do the following. After playing the Probowl it will ask advance to off-season first save your franchise Then advance to the off-season after the coaching hires it will say retired players. See your retired players and remember the players. After your seen your retired players Load your franchise then go to schedule and it will ask you again advance to off-season, select no. Go to Roster and trade your players that are going to retire. Note: don't save any of your coaching changes until you have traded your retired players.
