In dynasty mode after you get done with the Super Bowl go to create a player, make him the best he can be and make his age 45. Then sign him BUT don't go into the off season.Then trade him to the team that has the first round draft pick that year (you might have to give up your first round pick.) Then when going into the offseason you willl have the #1 pick and the guy you trade will have already retired.

First pause the game and go into settings, then go to penalties and switch off offfsides. Start playing your game and run at the line of scrimmage and you'll notice you don't go anywhere. When the QB says hike you'll shoot off the line right at the quarterback (only works on defense.)
