this game is gonna be awesome, the first one is still one of my favorite games and seriously guys, the time limit is not that big a deal once you just accept it and get used to it, it adds a lot to the immersion, when you actually can run out of time to save someone it makes you want to hurry and save them even more

I think for the people who found things like saving annoying in the first, the second game should a classic gameplay mode and a new easier mode so the really hard core people who liked the first games gameplay do not feel like they were left high and dry.

even though it may not be "revolutionary", that does not mean that it still will not be fun. i think we are at a point, in the gaming industry, where it is hard to find "revolution". i think that it is a "revolution" because of the fact that there can be *7000* zombies on screen at once!!! and you thought that 100 locusts was amazing. i also think that some of the weapons are very inventive, and they seem in the right place in the dead rising universe. i dont think though, that the game will be a carbon copy because the graphics look a lot better, and there is going to be the much needed save system reconfiguration, and the "Strafe 'nd Gun" addition (just like run and gun in case some of you didnt get that). i think that this is going to be an excellent game, regardless of the fact that it is a "carbon copy" like a game we all know. *COUGH* Resident Evil 5 *COUGH*

I hope that there actually is like a weapon customization option, I mean come on, take the moose head, take the antlers, strap some chainsaws on the end of that bitch and you've got yourself one hell of a conversation starter, and zombie killing device. And 7,000 zombies on screen at once, I'd that's pretty revolutionary, think about it, 7,000 moving, interactive zombies, not just pictures off in the distant scenery, actual enemies you can slay, thats crazy. PS: Motorbike with mounted chainsaws.........sweet.......and we proabably haven't even seen all the weapons yet, there could be like a rocket launcher that shoots rockets with spears on the end of them.........omg there you go, spear mounted rockets, or how about in dead rising 1, you could have Mega Man's Mega Blaster, well in the same vain, why not have M. Bison's outfit and have his cape that can give you Psycho Power to crush the zombies and hurl them around or create tornados to suck them up and fly them offscreen or maybe use the psycho power to draw the zombies attack on other zombies, think about it, two zombies wielding swords about to have at each other.....the best moments in life are only $60.00, $70-100.00 for limited edition moments of course. I just now thought of something else, a lightsaber, with a gun in the base of the handle........... there muse be a tornado in my head because I just blew my mind.

Ahhhh I cant wait to find the gem weapons in this game (like the shower head in the first) The drill bucket looks awesome. Creativity in weapons is the best lol.

Anyone else think that the chainsaw paddle is an homage to Skorge from Gears 2?

There's no doubt that this game will be badass.

Samurai swords are going to be sweet. It will be cool with a little bit more choice to how to slash. And that bike would break, most likely, so I won't get to excited for that. Liked hearing the "regain health" sound from the drink in the movie.

I like the combination of weapons to make something badass. They should really go with an Alone in the Dark combine things to make weapons route here. Seriously, zombies and imagination go hand n hand haha.

This is one of those games where "more of the same" is exactly what I want. The little improvements like strafe and gun are icing on the cake for me.

Makes me want to get the game even more! My 2 favorites (for now) are the Paddle Saw and the Moose Head.

I just hope the save system is improved; it was awful in the first game...
