Uk website shopto.com has posted a message on their website notifying customers that games due for release on February 8th have arrived early they are now shipping Turok, Conflict: Denied Ops & Devil May Cry 4* for next day delivery.
Although this means you will only get the game 1-2 days before release this might be interesting for some die-hard fans of the franchises or anyone looking to get any of the games.
* Devil may cry 4 on Xbox 360 is already in stock, PS3 version expected 06/02/2008.

Conflict: Denied Ops
Just a few hours ago, Eidos released the PC demo for Conflict: Denied Ops. However, a scan from the Dutch gaming magazine Power Unlimited confirms that there is an Xbox 360 demo incoming as well. The ad in the magazine says the demo is already available on Marketplace, but as you might know this is not the case yet.
The demo is expected to launch in the next few days on Xbox Live Marketplace. Any details on a Playstation 3 demo are yet to be revealed.

IGN reports: "Renowned for his Hollywood caliber orchestral writing, multiple award-winning composer Richard Jacques (Headhunter, Mass Effect) has scored an original music soundtrack for CONFLICT: DENIED OPS, a new two-player co-op first person shooter from Pivotal Games and the fifth game in the best-selling CONFLICT series. CONFLICT: DENIED OPS will be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC in February 2008.
To complement the non-stop action and cinematic moments throughout the game, Jacques composed an energetic military score that employs traditional ethnic instruments and vocals for the settings across Africa, South America and Russia. The music is fully interactive, reacting to the player's movements, and enhances the immersive experience of the fast-paced gameplay".

Conflict: Denied Ops
The achievements for Conflict: Denied Ops have just been revealed. The game will have 41 achievements with a total of 1000 points.
The majority of the achievements are for the single player campaign with a few left over for the multiplayer arena.
There are also 30 points for completing the whole campaign in co-op mode... Somehow the weighting of points doesn't seem right here.

Gameplayer today received a release schedule form local distributor Eidos showing off the price and date for the next game in the popular Conflict series, Denied Ops. Interestingly the game will be more expensive on Xbox 360... is this the start of a new trend?
"This is the first time we can recall a multi-format game selling for a greater price on the Xbox 360 than the PS3... or vice versa. Why do Xbox 360 owners have to pay more? It's not like they get their online for free, either."

Conflict: Denied Ops
It's been a while since CVG's heard anything from Conflict: Denied Ops, but Eidos has ended the drought today with these ten brand spanking new screenshots.
Previous games in the Conflict series have gone down a (Desert) storm on console, but for this new instalment the series' four-man, squad-based formula has been ditched in favour of a focus on two-solider co-op action.
Eidos has spoken previously of how Denied Ops features gameplay that's focussed on "accessible two-man tactics" - talking about switching seamlessly between teammates to lay down covering fire, exploring diverging paths, creating distractions and pinning the enemy under fire, for example.
It's due out next year on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.

It's refreshing then, to see that developer Pivotal Games has condensed the gameplay by making your 'squad' a simple partnership between two different soldiers instead of four or more.
