Just in time for the 3DS debut, Level-5 hosted a 'completion ceremony' for Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle yesterday in Japan, which was broadcast on Ustream. Similar to launch events, completion ceremonies are elaborate press conferences that Japanese studios hold to promote big titles just before their release. If you’ve never seen one before, check it out!

Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino hosted the festivities, which included gameplay demos, interviews with developers, and unveiling of various trailers for the game. The entire conference was in Japanese, but there's plenty of gameplay footage and trailers that don't require Japanese knowledge to understand. We recommend starting at the 27-minute mark or so. Also, Ustream can be a bit laggy sometimes, so here's the direct link in case you're having trouble viewing it here.
