    That last pic would've benefited from one of the original Sega CDs, the one that sat underneath the Genesis. Excellent article.

    ahhahahahaha the evolution of halo was great. can't wait to see a similar article on Duke Nukem forever when it comes out. in 3X years

    I knew about a few of these, but some of them were a complete surprise. I love reading about the evolution of an idea into a game, and it is neat to see how some different games are sort of "related" because they took pieces from one original idea.

    I actually followed Twelve Tales: Conker 64 all through development. I was pretty excited, but then after the Bad Fur Day unveiling, I was disappointed because I wouldn't be able to play the game because I would be way too young. Because of it, I try not to get excited for games in development and just wait for their actual release. It's a sad state of affairs.
