Many thanks for the overwhelmingly positive support in a ridiculously frantic situation. Oh, the comments?! Feedback like this will hopefully insure more TalkRadars for decades to come! /overstatement

Thing number 443 that I like about Talkradar: 3 and a half hours of Tdar content in 1 week is not much more than normal. That's a compliment to the immense amount of content you guys poo out lovingly every week, not a slight against the great E3 coverage. Keeeeepidup.
  • therawski - June 21, 2010 6:26 p.m.

You guys went all out, I'm playing eternal catchup with the amount of content, gotta love the dedication!
  • gatornation1254 - June 21, 2010 5:52 p.m.

If anybody was going to do 3 podcasts in one week it would be TalkRadar.
  • Modroneman - June 21, 2010 1:03 p.m.

Totally awesome that you guys took the time to do a podcast after such a hectic week. Congrats to you all! I enjoyed you guys recapping everything that has already been said, but you still managed to make it so god damn entertaining!

I was actually thinking both in terms of what has been announced for revival on Wii or 3DS, and just generally, so in the first sense, I'm right, I think, and in the second I guess I did forget those, but they're all so old, and Animal Crossing has already had three interchangeable incarnations, it's still a lot of not-at-all fresh games getting peoples' interest. They may turn out to be great, but I think Nintendo gets a lot of leeway from people who remember when they made the first made the IPs when they were original (I include myself in that group to a point.)

Great E3 coverage guys and thanks for the extra effort (Friday podcast). Grins and good info as per usual.
  • chilarome - June 21, 2010 2:44 a.m.

YAY TALKRADAR!!! i've waited for days to finally get it!
  • Tenfey - June 20, 2010 11:40 p.m.

Sounds like ya'll shoulda busted Kazooie, K.K., Fox, and Sims McKinzie back out and let them take over so you could get some rest.

@garnsr What do you mean 'their most recent IP'? Animal Crossing, Nintendogs, Smash Bros, Pokemon and Pikmin have all preceeded StarFox, unless I misunderstood what you wrote.

do i see TWO female gears? awwwww shnap son
  • Maasai - June 20, 2010 8:12 p.m.

Damn, that song was tight at the end. I have no idea who made it...

Finally someone's addressing the fact that after this load of retreads from Nintendo they're unlikely to have anything worthwhile again any time soon. People keep saying Nintendo's back, but once they've tossed all the stuff they showed, where can they go? Coming up with new ways to keep people playing hasn't been their strong suit since the 16 bit days. Starfox is the most recent IP from Nintendo, and it came out on SNES. That's actually mind boggling, now that I think about it.

You guys are fucking awesome for doing another TDar after the hell of E3 (and two fucking mid-week podcasts too!). Absolutely amazing, cheers fellas!

I can just imagine Lord Elston checking each and every new comment, in hope for some confirmation as to the songs name. Sorry, never heard it before.

Great cast. Keep up the good work. I only know about TalkRadar, not the music.
