I thought the God of War games were a good dip into surrealism at both ends of the spectrum, I'm surprised they were able to keep them to an M rating (nudity, but act only implied off screen? is that what makes not naughty enough for AO? And the violence... do you have to willfully inflict torture to get AO... wait what about gouging Zeus's eyes out?) Video games are an exercise in make believe, and if you are making believe I don't see why there should be any limits set.
