    to

    cfg_SPPlayerDamageModifier = 0.00

    Modify this line in config.cfg:

    cfg_COMMAND_POINTS_MULTIPLIER_FOR_DECOMMISSIONING_SHIP = 0.5

    This controls how much money you receive for selling a ship. If you change it to 2.0, you'll get twice the money.
