RadarPlays - God of War

Kratos returns in God of War: Ascension next week, so we decided to shuffle things up by playing the original game to prepare. Well, the sort of original game--it's actually the HD remake, which looks a lot better. But it plays the same! And features the same story! And we played it and tore heads off of enemies, so you should watch it. Take a look!

Want to hang out with GamesRadar's editors while taking a look at retro games, new releases, and totally random experiences? RadarPlays is for you. Mondays we'll be checking out blasts from the past on RadarPlays Retro, Wednesdays we change things up to whatever we feel like playing with RadarPlays Shuffle, and Friday is packed with the strangest titles you’ve never (hopefully) heard of in RadarPlays Weirdness. We'll also release RadarPlays for all the new releases, so be sure to check back!

"This is the part where M from James Bond says "This is where Kratos jumps of a cliff because he had a rough life and his childhood was very strange.""

Kinda amazing to see how little aside from the graphics has changed in the series for the last what... 7-8 years? Definitely have very fond memories for this game, still like the second one more overall, but still, the action here was not only great, but the story was surprisingly good, Shouting Kratos and all.

I wish Xbox had a franchise like this.

This episode of RP was so hilarious. Interesting too! It was cool hearing about what and who made the games.
