I had the Fat and currently have a Slim... so im not interested in buying another PS3 model, but can Sony ever make a good looking home console? It looks like something out of a 80s Scifi flick that's supposed to take place in the "future".

I think I'll just wait for the PS3 Pocket.

My 60gb has just gone belly up for the upteenth time so maybe its finally time to get the new model. However i lose quite a bit by doing so. No more card reader. (although to be honest i barely used it) Two usb ports. Which really did come in handy once i'd gotten move. Most importantly though. No more playing ps2 games which is something i do still enjoy doing from time to time. Guessi don't really have much choice in the matter though. Unless Sony'll send me another 60gb again.

Kinda sad that the magical sucky-inny goodness of the no-disc tray is gone, but otherwise awesome for new PS3 buyers (And other people too cheap to buy into the new gen of consoles, hmmm?) Maybe should have been what they should have released with the first slim, but that only means they've gone exactly in the right direction this time around.
