New Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D screens are here

Yes, Super Mario 3D was the biggest news coming out of Nintendo at GDC, but the gaming giant also put out some new screens for their Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D remake. They looked so good that we just had to show them to you.

We’re still not sure when the game will hit stores, but if the graphics look this crisp in action while still being in three dimensions, then we're even more frustrated that Nintendo has yet to give a concrete release date.

Those screens look really good. Having never owned a N64 I only got to play OOT sparingly at a friend's house so this will basically be a brand new game for me. I'll definitely be pre-ordering this.

so my main question is... if i buy this game.... will i be hearing "HEY! LISTEN!" every five seconds?

Wow! This looks awesome! I can't wait to run around in Hyrule again! This is gonna be my main reason for buying the 3DS.

Oh man I really miss this version of Link

Man... Link has a nose. A NOSE!!! And the room with all the boxes looks absolutely purty. As one who didn't finish the original because I got so lost in the Water Temple, this is a must buy.

"We’re still not sure when the game will hit stores." They said June in the conference. ^_^

Awesome! Even though their Re-designing the water temple, I hope it has a bit of frustration ;)

    Gorgeous

I love how crisp the colors look, especially on Link's tunic. the original's colors were all a little flat, one of the few complaints I would levy against the game.

Well I definitely love the color enhance on the shop; and well I am extremely curious on how they did the Water Temple; if you did everything possible in that game; there was a ton of content and it can replayed over and over and over again. I would say I am ecstatic for this game; more than Mario

Now, THIS is what the GCN port should have looked like.

Ingo still looks like his n64 counterpart in the horse picture. The rest looks amazing though.

As 510 said Link is short, I'd hate to see how short 'Baby' Link is. Maybe everybody/thing is just really big? Minish Cap Bitches!

You know... I'm glad the fence in Lon Lon Ranch looks the same, it will add to the nostalgia! This game is going to be GOTY 2011.

Jeez comparing this to the original graphics....this is a huge improvement.

My beloved Water Temple is Sexy now !
  • FALLINGINFIRE - March 2, 2011 11:28 p.m.

They're redoing the water temple right? 'Cause that'll make me even happier than I already am for this game. And when this has been out for a few years they need to remake Majoras Mask (Which is still my favorite Zelda game to date)
  • 510BrotherPanda - March 2, 2011 10:57 p.m.

Sure, Link's face looks a little better, but why does he seem so... short? I hope they didn't make the Water Temple TOO easy... where's the fun in that?
